Real Heavy
Real Heavy is a traditional Strong Scotch Ale (Wee Heavy). It has a rich brown color, and a deep caramel flavor. Malt flavors dominate and are balanced by the alcohol (9.7% a.b.v.). It is brewed with English crystal malt, English hops, and fermented with English ale yeast. Fans of the Bitter End's award winning Prescott's Wee Heavy will not be disappointed.
15th Anniversary Ale
A MAJESTIC ALE FOR A MONUMENTAL OCCASION This noble brew evolved from its common cousins, porter and stout, by necessity to endure the long voyage to the Russian royal court. Colossal additions of American hops are used to balance the robust malt character and infuse this ale with their distinctly citrus-like qualities. 15th Anniversary ale can be consumed now or laid down for later enjoyment. Take some home to share with friends and family at your court.
Hans' Pils
Pilsner is one of the world’s most popular beers and there are many interpretations of this style. The great pilsner beers of Germany, specifically Northern Germany, are the inspiration for our second lager - Hans’ Pils. These beers are known for being hoppier than the average pilsner and ours is no exception. In fact, at 52 IBU’s, it is hoppier than many pale ales. The featured hop in this beer is the spicy and herbal Tettnang Tettnanger hop. German pilsner malt yields a pale golden color and provides the perfect support for our blend of German hops. Our house German yeast strain ferments clean and dry which further adds to the authenticity of Hans’ Pils.
Shade Grown Coffee Porter
A rich, robust porter with a dry finish. Brewed with organic fair trade coffee from Katz Coffee Roasters. Savor the subtle coffee flavor of this irresistible ale.
Oktoberfest
Our Oktoberfest is brewed with the highest quality German malt, hops, and yeast using traditional Bavarian brewing methods. The Munich and Vienna malts are the real stars of this smooth, copper-colored, medium-bodied brew. Well balanced and satisfying, our first lager is the perfect compliment to your fall festivities. Prosit!!!!
Phoenixx Double Extra Special Bitter
Our winter seasonal is inspired by the great ales of the UK but brewed with a distinctively American attitude. English crystal malt gives Phoenixx its subtle toffee and caramel notes, but this ale is about hops. The blend of English hops, highlighted by its namesake, Phoenix, yields a complex hop character that dominates this special brew.
