The Sazerac is a Louisiana staple — traditionally rye whiskey, bitters, sugar, and an absinthe-rinsed glass, with roots tied to the historic Sazerac House in downtown New Orleans.
Our version stays true to the spirit of the cocktail while adding a house touch. Instead of absinthe, we rinse the glass with a house-made mint & star anise syrup, bringing a subtle herbal lift that plays beautifully with the spice of our rye.
