Citrus Got Real
We were asked to make the most citrus-forward hazy pale ale we could, so we started with a blend of hops known for producing big citrus flavors and aromas. Then, we added fistfuls of lemon and sweet orange peel. Finally, we fermented the “juice” with a variety of Kveik yeast that throws down crazy pineapple esters. When you drink it, you will understand how Real things can get.
