Join us in Blanco for the release of Real Spirits Old Tom Gin, our Hill Country take on an eighteenth-century English classic. Aged in Port wine barrels for natural sweetness, soft color, and depth—no sugar added—this limited release is available exclusively at the Taproom.

Every pilot release is a chance to try something different — sometimes it’s a twist on a classic style, sometimes it’s a bold new direction. These beers are brewed in extremely small quantities and are only available until the batch is gone. If you see one you want to try, don’t wait.

Originally brewed in collaboration with Parry’s Pizza, Orange Drop was inspired by the classic orange dreamsicle. This easy-drinking ale features bright citrus aroma, a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, and real vanilla for a refreshing flavor that tastes like summer in a glass.

Available on draft and in limited quantities to-go from the taproom, and hitting stores across Texas this month. Come celebrate the start of the season with us in Blanco.

Join us in the taproom for a special release of two extremely limited Real Spirits single barrel expressions: Single Barrel No. 120 and Single Barrel No. 138.

Each barrel is unique, shaped by time, wood, and the character of the spirit itself. Bottled individually and available in very limited quantities, these releases offer a rare opportunity to experience Real Spirits in its purest, most distinctive form.

Bottles will be available first-come, first-served when the taproom opens.
