Old 300 BBQ Food Truck

Our Friends from Old 300 will be out to keep you fed – on site the 2nd Saturday of each month. Come and eat it!

Beer to Go Day!

The day has finally come… we can sell you beer to go! Come out to the brewery on September 1st and celebrate this milestone with us.

Sunday Funday will include brunch from Firehouse Fare, Music from Jesse Vain and the Happy Hour Holiness Movement, plus your first ever opportunity to take Real Ale home straight from the source.

We’ll be kicking off with a ribbon cutting, and the first band set will start at noon.

Our friends from Oh My Pizza Pie! will be joining us permanently starting Friday, September 6th!
They will be here serving up wood-fired pizza every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when the Tap Room is open.

Firemans Light BBQ Cook-off

Join us for the 3rd Annual Firemans Light BBQ Cook-Off SATURDAY, September 9th benefiting the Lone Star Paralysis Foundation.
This is a sanctioned IBCA (International Barbeque Cookers Association) cook-off with celebrity judges & cash prizes!
Live music starts on the Threadgill’s Stage start at 1:30pm!
Head Judge: Melissa Briggs
Friday, September 8th: (cook teams only)
Tray Pickup: Friday 4-6pm
Cooks Meeting: Friday at 6PM
Saturday, September 9th: (cook teams only)

12:00 Chicken
1:30 Pork Spare Ribs
3:00 Brisket
This is a free event… so bring the kids, walk the cook lines and & enjoy some of Texas’ best live music & BBQ!
Doug English (UT/ Detroit Lions) and some of his retired NFL Football buddy’s will be signing footballs, posters, or football related items for a limited time during the event for a small donation to the foundation.
Food will be available for purchase all day on Saturday from the Burnt Orange Bleeders with proceeds to benefit Lone Star Paralysis Foundation.
You can purchase an advance combo ticket from the Lone Star Paralysis Foundation for $25 that includes :
-two beers
-priority football signing
-face painting
-lunch plate from the Burnt Orange Bleeders
