• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• ½ oz Pecan Syrup

Directions

• Stir over fresh ice
• Garnish with Orange Peel

Pecan Syrup

• Ingredients
  • 2 cups turbinado sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground clove
• Directions
  • Simmer all ingredients together for 30 minutes
  • Strain all solids & cool
