WHAT’S ON TAP

Expect a mix of core favorites and taproom-only releases from our 8-barrel pilot system. We pour 16+ beers on tap, and the list changes often. You might find these, along with other great options:

  • Firemans #4 Blonde Ale – crisp, classic, Hill Country approved
  • Devil’s Backbone Belgian-Style Tripel – layered, lively, a Real Ale staple
  • Axis IPA – hop-forward, citrusy, exotic
  • Pilot one-offs – small batches you can only get in Blanco

BEER GARDEN

In 2020 we fast-tracked our outdoor Beer Garden—then gave it a piece of Texas music history. When Threadgill’s downtown Austin location closed, we carefully disassembled the original outdoor stage and rebuilt it here in Blanco, board by board. We regularly host live music on Saturdays, plus special events like our Anniversary Party, Real Ale Ride, and Oktoberfest. Check the event calendar—shows are limited during peak summer heat.

PLAN YOUR VISIT

  • Family-friendly: All ages welcome; 21+ with valid ID to drink.
  • Dogs: Well-behaved pups are welcome and must be leashed at all times.
  • Food: Oh My Pizza Pie is open here at the brewery every Thursday–Sunday year-round. Outside food is also welcome.
  • Parking: Plenty of free parking on site.

BEER & SPIRITS TO GO

Yes, you can take Real Ale (and Real Spirits) home—within Texas law:

  • Beer to-go from the taproom: up to 288 fl oz per person, per day (about one case of 12oz beers or nine 32-oz crowlers).
  • Real Spirits bottles: up to four (4) 750 mL bottles per person every 30 days; no spirits bottle sales on Sundays.

Availability varies by release; ask your bartender what’s on the to-go list today.

If you guys are going to be throwing beer bottles at us, at least make sure they’re full.
