We offer co-packing services to support your existing brands or new ones you want to launch. You can leverage our state-of-the-art brewing and packaging facilities, processes and suppliers to meet your goals. With nearly 30 years of experience in the craft brewing industry, we can help you find your path to success. Whether you are wanting to focus more of your efforts on marketing or avoid adding costly capacity for growing brands to your existing facility, we can help you.

Our production capabilities include the following:

Brewhouse and Cellar

  • 120 BBL BrauKon fully automated 5-vessel brewhouse
  • Cellar featuring 40 uni-tank fermenters ranging from 120 BBL to 480 BBL
  • 7 bright beer tanks to support cellar and packaging in cans, bottles and kegs
  • GEA centrifuge, Rolec Dry-Hopnik hop/fruit doser, Dearation skid
  • Quality and sensory labs with required equipment for micro and analytical assessments

Packaging

  • Krones Checkmat bottle filler and Starmatic labeler capable of up to 400 BPM (8.5oz, 12oz and 22oz)
  • CFT Master C-Block 24/4 rotary can line capable of up to 250 CPM (12oz, 16oz, 19.2oz and 12oz sleek cans) DMM package cartoner, DMM tray former, Mumm Hi-cone applicator (loose pack, 6-pack cartons, 12-pack cartons, 4-pack or 6-pack ringed cans in case tray)
  • Comac 2-head keg line capable of 28 KPH
  • We do not currently offer PakTech or pasteurization capabilities
  • Our minimum batch size per brand is 120 bbls or ~ 1,650  (24 – 12 oz unit case equivalents)
