Pilot Release: Hopped & Brewed, a New Zealand IPA

Hopped & Brewed New Zealand IPA is a collab with our Houston area pals at Hughie’s, Moontower Inn, Nobi Public House and Hop Scholar.
We took a simple IPA malt backbone 🌾and chopped & screwed it with all New Zealand hops – Nelson Savuin and Galaxy. The result is a vibrant tropical IPA🌴with notes of papaya, peach🥭 and guava with a little hint of cannabis and a splash of purple grape🍇 Sip slow and let it ride.

Every pilot release is a chance to try something different — sometimes it’s a twist on a classic style, sometimes it’s a bold new direction. These beers are brewed in extremely small quantities on our 8bbl pilot system, and are typically only available in our Blanco taproom (and in some cases at our collab partners place).
