For Mardi Gras, we’re pouring a Real Spirits take on the classic New Orleans Sazerac all weekend, made with our Rye Grain Straight Malt Whiskey.

The Sazerac is a Louisiana staple — traditionally rye whiskey, bitters, sugar, and an absinthe-rinsed glass, with roots tied to the historic Sazerac House in downtown New Orleans.

Our version stays true to the spirit of the cocktail while adding a house touch. Instead of absinthe, we rinse the glass with a house-made mint & star anise syrup, bringing a subtle herbal lift that plays beautifully with the spice of our rye.

Classic, aromatic, and built for celebration. Let the good times roll.

We’re bringing the spirit of Mardi Gras to the brewery with free King Cake (yes, there are prizes!), a Real Spirits Sazerac, and Cajun pizza from Oh My Pizza Pie.

Zydeco Blanco will keep things moving with live zydeco from 2:00–3:30 PM, a quick King Cake break, then 4:00–5:30 PM.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a hands-on floral workshop at Real Ale! In this Hops & Hearts Workshop, you’ll create a beautiful heart-shaped flower arrangement—perfect to gift or take home.

We’ll provide everything you need, including heart-shaped floral foam, a variety of flowers, tools, and step-by-step instruction. You bring the love (and maybe a friend or date). 🍻💕

Originally brewed in collaboration with Parry’s Pizza, Orange Drop was inspired by the classic orange dreamsicle. This easy-drinking ale features bright citrus aroma, a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, and real vanilla for a refreshing flavor that tastes like summer in a glass.

Available on draft and in limited quantities to-go from the taproom, and hitting stores across Texas this month. Come celebrate the start of the season with us in Blanco.

Join us in the taproom for a special release of two extremely limited Real Spirits single barrel expressions: Single Barrel No. 120 and Single Barrel No. 138.

Each barrel is unique, shaped by time, wood, and the character of the spirit itself. Bottled individually and available in very limited quantities, these releases offer a rare opportunity to experience Real Spirits in its purest, most distinctive form.

Bottles will be available first-come, first-served when the taproom opens.
