Sometimes you just want a beer that’s easy to drink but still full of flavor.

That’s where Chill Theory comes in.

We originally brewed Chill Theory as part of our Alpha Collection — a rotating IPA series where we experiment with modern brewing techniques, new hop products, and different IPA styles. It was meant to be a limited release.

But we loved it. And a lot of you did too.

So instead of letting it disappear, we decided to make Chill Theory a permanent part of our year-round lineup.

SO… WHAT’S A COLD IPA?

Think of it as the best parts of a lager and an IPA coming together.

Chill Theory is fermented at a colder temperature for a cleaner, crisper finish — then loaded with bright, fruit-forward hops. You get big flavor without the heaviness or sharp bitterness.

Crisp like a lager.
Full of hop flavor like an IPA.

WHAT IT TASTES LIKE

Expect notes of blueberry, pineapple, citrus, kiwi, and peach, balanced by a light, bready malt backbone. It’s clean, refreshing, and super drinkable.

WHY WE MADE IT

Texas drinkers love IPAs, but not every IPA needs to be big, sticky, or intense. Chill Theory is our take on a modern IPA that fits how people actually drink beer — relaxed, social, and usually outside.

It’s flavorful without being loud. Crisp without being plain. Easy to drink, but still interesting.
