Real Ale Oktoberfest returns Saturday, September 26, from noon–6 PM at the brewery in Blanco, Texas.

Join us for live music from Czech Melody Masters, the Stein Hoist competition, a doggie costume contest, Hammerschlagen, games and prizes, bratwursts, pretzels, cold-conditioned Oktoberfest and plenty of steins.

Admission is free — come raise one with us in the Texas Hill Country.

Test your strength by holding a full 1L stein at arm’s length. Last stein standing wins.

Grab a hammer and take your shot. 

Compete to see who can drive a nail into the stump first—one swing at a time.

DOGGIE COSTUME CONTEST

Break out the lederhosen.

Dress up your pup in their Oktoberfest best and compete for prizes and bragging rights.

BEER

We’ll be pouring our Bavarian-style Oktoberfest lager, brewed with German malt, hops and yeast using traditional brewing methods.

Plus, look for a special cask-conditioned Oktoberfest pouring alongside it.

FOOD

Come hungry.

We’ll have bratwursts, flammkuchen and pretzels serving up the German-inspired classics you want alongside a cold Oktoberfest.

After years of bringing the polka, they’re making this their final Real Ale Oktoberfest—and they’ve told us they’re going all out. Come raise a stein and help us send them off properly. 🍺🎶

Carpooling is Encouraged
There is no public transit or ride share in Blanco. Please drink responsibly or bring a designated driver.
Local lodging is available if you want to make a weekend of it!

  • Chairs, blankets, picnic items.
  • Pop-up tents allowed in the field (not in the Beer Garden).
  • Snacks & N/A beverages are welcome.
  • Outside alcohol is not allowed—period.
  • Food + N/A options will also be available on-site.

Nope! Oktoberfest is free to attend and no ticket is required.

The Stein Hoist Competition is the only ticketed activity. To compete, select the Stein Hoist entry option when you purchase your commemorative 1L stein in advance.

Yes. Really. Even if it’s been decades since you’ve been carded.

Dogs are welcome – just keep them leashed, well-behaved, and please clean up after them.

Snacks and N/A beverages are welcome.
Absolutely no outside alcohol allowed.
