Our Pilot Release Series is where Real Ale’s brewers get to explore new ideas, test out fresh ingredients, and experiment with styles you won’t find anywhere else. These small-batch beers are brewed on our pilot system and released exclusively in our taproom. Each batch is unique, limited, and crafted to push our creativity as a brewery.
Pilot Releases are taproom-only and first come, first served, with availability lasting anywhere from a weekend to a couple of weeks depending on demand.
