Built from an inverted grain bill, we brewed three separate mashes—each ~85% malted barley—then finished the rest with corn, rye, or wheat. Fermented, distilled, and aged individually in Blanco before being mingled by our Head Distiller for layered complexity. Look for Mexican vanilla, caramel, macadamia, coconut, and hints of crème brûlée and nutmeg. A richer, malt-forward Texas expression best sipped neat.
