Our Signature Whiskey begins as two separate Real Ale beers: Devil’s Backbone Belgian-Style Tripel and Real Heavy Scotch Ale. Twice distilled and aged outdoors in new charred American oak, they each develop a smooth, full-bodied character shaped by the Hill Country climate. Once matured, the two whiskeys are mingled to create a spirit that’s both inviting and complex — the perfect balance of warmth, depth, and refinement.
