Twice distilled in our hand-hammered copper pot still in Blanco, Texas, then aged in new charred American oak. After maturing, select barrels are mingled to balance oak, vanilla, and toasted grain with a smooth, rounded finish. Bold enough for a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, yet refined enough to enjoy neat or on the rocks—our Hill Country take on a classic American profile.
