For our 30th Anniversary Party, we’re pulling together a beer menu that reflects the full range of Real Ale Brewing Company—from the classics to what we’re brewing today.
You’ll find our core lineup and year-round favorites, along with newer releases like Limestone Cowboy Hazy Pale Ale and Chill Theory Cold IPA. We’ll also be pouring the 30th Anniversary Lager with Lemon for the first time.
One of the highlights: we’re bringing back our original three beers—Rio Blanco Pale Ale, Full Moon Rye Pale Ale, and Brewhouse Brown—on draft.
Throughout the day, keep an eye out for the mobile cask cart—featuring small-batch pours that will be tapped out in the crowd.
This is a one-day lineup built to showcase where we started, what we’ve become, and what’s next.
PILOT BEERS (DRAFT ONLY, LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
A mix of throwbacks, collaborations, and brand-new experiments—these beers are available on draft only and in limited quantities.
Rio Blanco Pale Ale (OG Recipe)
A balanced pale ale with spicy hop character and bitterness. Inspired by both English tradition and Texas drinkability—perfect for a day on the river.
Full Moon Rye Pale Ale (OG Recipe)
Our original rye pale ale. Notes of toffee, caramel, and fresh bread are balanced with rye spice and a touch of citrus.
Hopped & Brewed NZ IPA
A collaboration with Houston-area pals at Hughie’s, Moontower Inn, Nobi Public House, and Hop Scholar, this IPA takes a simple malt backbone and layers in New Zealand hops—Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. The result is a vibrant tropical IPA with notes of papaya, peach, and guava, with subtle hints of cannabis and grape.
Boss Dog Hazy Pale Ale
Brewed with experimental hop ADHA-218 in collaboration with Crosby Hops and Roy Farms, this hazy pale ale delivers bright notes of lime, coconut, white grape, and a hint of nostalgic cereal sweetness. Juicy, soft, and balanced with low bitterness and a super smooth mouthfeel.
Knife’s Edge Black Rice Lager
A black rice lager from the mind of David Hostetler, Knife’s Edge opens with a smooth, lightly toasted aroma and soft chocolate notes from toasted and flaked rice. Crisp and rounded, with a gentle sweetness and a hint of coconut, it finishes clean with bright citrus lifting the profile.
Calamansi Wheat (The Prettiest B___ in the Room)
Brewed with calamansi—often described as a Philippine lemon-lime—this wheat ale delivers a bright, sweet-tart citrus profile. Built on a soft wheat base, it’s refreshing, slightly more tart than Vámonos, and made for warm-weather drinking.
Skullberry Strawberry Milkshake IPA
Originally inspired by our friends at Tin Man in El Paso, this New England–style IPA features a small addition of lactose for a softer mouthfeel and subtle sweetness. German Ariana hops bring berry-like aromatics, layered with strawberry puree and Mexican vanilla. Back from the dead for a limited return.
Kevin’s Pils Pilsner
Named after Hans’ smaller brother-from-another-mother, Kevin’s Pils is a sessionable collaboration with Dancing Bear from Waco. This crisp pilsner is highly refreshing, with a modern hop profile featuring notes of soft berries and melon.
