Pilot Release: 3031 IPA (Collab with Flying Saucer)

New Pilot Beer coming your way. We are celebrating with our buddies at Flying Saucer – who are celebrating 31 years the same year we celebrate 30. 3031 IPA is an audacious convergence of two of the most long-standing staples of craft beer in Texas. This IPA was crafted with some classic C-hops along with some newer varieties, including Audacia from our friends at Indie Hops. We taste bright grapefruit and peach up front, along with some piney/earthy notes all wrapped up in a full bodied and easy drinking IPA. Cheers to 30 and 31 years!

Every pilot release is a chance to try something different — sometimes it’s a twist on a classic style, sometimes it’s a bold new direction. These beers are brewed in extremely small quantities on our 8bbl pilot system, and are typically only available in our Blanco taproom (and in some cases at our collab partners place).
