Inspired by a few taproom pilots (you may have tried it as Mailbox Money), this one is built for long days and good company.

A more approachable take on a hazy—Limestone Cowboy delivers all the bright citrus and tropical flavor you expect in a hazy IPA, but in a lighter, smoother pale ale.
Think guava, mango, and tangerine, with low bitterness and a clean finish.
At 5% ABV, it’s easy to have more than one.
A NAME WITH A NOD
Limestone Cowboy is a nod to Glen Campbell’s “Rhinestone Cowboy”—but it also reflects where we are.
Limestone runs through the Texas Hill Country, and this beer fits right in: straightforward, a little rugged, and made for everyday drinking.
BEHIND THE LABEL
We’ve been fans of Zach Wieland’s work for a long time—he’s helped define the look of some classic Texas beers.
So when the name Limestone Cowboy came together, reaching out to Zach for the label art was the move. He took the idea and ran with it, delivering something that feels right at home with the beer.
