Limestone Cowboy is our latest year-round release—a hazy pale ale with bright citrus and tropical notes, a smooth finish, and an easy-drinking profile that keeps you coming back for another.
Inspired by a few taproom pilots (you may have tried it as Mailbox Money), this one keeps things smooth, balanced, and built for going back for another.
WHAT SETS IT APART
Bright citrus and tropical notes lead the way—think guava, mango, and tangerine—balanced by a smooth, easy finish and low bitterness.
Instead of our usual house yeast, Limestone Cowboy uses a London 3 (“London Fog”) strain, giving it a softer mouthfeel and that signature hazy character.
At 5% ABV, it stays light, refreshing, and built for going back for another.
A NAME WITH A NOD
Limestone Cowboy is a nod to “Rhinestone Cowboy”—but it also reflects where we are. Limestone runs through the Texas Hill Country, and this beer fits right in: straightforward, a little rugged, and made for everyday drinking.
BEHIND THE LABEL
We’ve been fans of Zach Wieland’s work for a long time—he’s helped define the look of some classic Texas beers.
So when the name Limestone Cowboy came together, reaching out to Zach for the label art was the move. He took the idea and ran with it, delivering something that feels right at home with the beer.
