Hopped & Brewed New Zealand IPA is a collab with our Houston area pals at Hughie’s, Moontower Inn, Nobi Public House and Hop Scholar.
We took a simple IPA malt backbone 🌾and chopped & screwed it with all New Zealand hops – Nelson Savuin and Galaxy. The result is a vibrant tropical IPA🌴with notes of papaya, peach🥭 and guava with a little hint of cannabis and a splash of purple grape🍇 Sip slow and let it ride.

We are celebrating with our buddies at Flying Saucer – who are celebrating 31 years the same year we celebrate 30. 3031 IPA is an audacious convergence of two of the most long-standing staples of craft beer in Texas. This IPA was crafted with some classic C-hops along with some newer varieties, including Audacia from our friends at Indie Hops. We taste bright grapefruit and peach up front, along with some piney/earthy notes all wrapped up in a full bodied and easy drinking IPA. Cheers to 30 and 31 years!
