We are celebrating with our buddies at Flying Saucer – who are celebrating 31 years the same year we celebrate 30. 3031 IPA is an audacious convergence of two of the most long-standing staples of craft beer in Texas. This IPA was crafted with some classic C-hops along with some newer varieties, including Audacia from our friends at Indie Hops. We taste bright grapefruit and peach up front, along with some piney/earthy notes all wrapped up in a full bodied and easy drinking IPA. Cheers to 30 and 31 years!

These beers are brewed in extremely small quantities on our 8bbl pilot system, and are typically only available in our Blanco taproom (and in some cases at our collab partners place). Urban Camo is how we would describe this big city/small town crossover: our take on a Tropical Stout, brewed with a variety of crystal malts and turbinado sugar to create a warm and rum-like body with complex notes of caramelized sugar and dark chocolate. The Sabro and Idaho 7 hops provide deeper tropical notes of pineapple and toasted coconut. It’s a hot stout summer!
